STRENGTHENED FOR THE JOB

Express God’s Glory In Your Life.

BE BRIGHT AND RADIANT

(Express God’s Glory In Your Life)

TO THE BIBLE: Colossians 3:16

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

LET’S TALK

It’s your heritage as a new creation in Christ Jesus to express the glory of God. 1 Peter 2:9 says, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” He wants you to express the perfections, beauty and excellence of divinity that are characteristic of your recreated human spirit.

The Lord Jesus expressed the glory of God every day while He walked the earth. His whole life was an extraordinary account of the miraculous and supernatural. John testified of this saying, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). Jesus is the brightness of God’s glory, and express image of His Person (Hebrews 1:3), and we’re like Him (1 John 4:17).

He said in John 17:22, “And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one.” You’re a sharer as well as the carrier and dispenser of His glory. Therefore, “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you” (Isaiah 60:1). Do things and speak words that inspire honour, worship and praise to the Lord.
