LIVE THE LIFE OF TRIUMPH .

TO THE BIBLE: 2 Corinthians 2:14

“Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”

LET’S TALK

Blake was sharing with a few of his classmates one day, after the day’s classes. They weren’t really paying him much attention, till he read from 2 Corinthians 2:14. It was then Isaac’s ears, which had been deafened since birth, suddenly popped open and he could hear perfectly! The whole class became ecstatic as they realised that the Word which Blake shared had caused this miracle. It was truly a triumphant day for everyone indeed!

The word “triumph” doesn’t just mean victory, but a great or important victory; notable success or achievement. It also means to prevail. It’s the successful ending of a struggle or contest, as was the case with Isaac’s condition.

There’re certain important points to note in the opening verse. First, is the phrase, “…always leads us in triumph in Christ….” It shows God’s desire and willingness to always divinely position you to have great and important victories, notable successes, or achievements—and not just sometimes. This is your life-time heritage in Christ Jesus; it makes no difference what happens, where you find yourself, or who’s against you; God has made you triumphant! In Christ, we don’t pray to be victorious; it’s our heritage; it’s our life! We were born to triumph always, and in every place. Glory to God!

Pray

Dear Father, I thank you for calling me to the triumphant and victorious life in Christ Jesus! It doesn’t matter where or the situation I find myself; I win always! I record great and notable achievements, enjoying my days in success, progress, peace, joy, health, and unending prosperity, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
